01
IT Operations & Service Management
Service delivery is the visible surface of IT operations: incidents, problems, knowledge, and the digital workplace experience that follows. I look for patterns in how the work actually runs, then improve process, coverage and operating practice. The aim is a service organisation that performs — not a queue that only processes tickets.
02
Identity, Access & Assets
Identity and access management is the relationship between people, accounts, access and devices — and it has to hold across joiner, mover and leaver events. I work on ownership, lifecycle and IT asset management so the estate stays coherent as people and assets change. When those relationships are wrong, service delivery and controls fail together.
03
Governance & Operational Controls
Operational controls belong in the operating model, not only in an audit calendar. I focus on ownership, evidence, exceptions and remediation so control activity can be replayed and improved. The point is operational resilience and audit readiness from how work is run.
04
Integration & Automation
Fragmented estates stay fragmented until systems are integrated and manual operational work is reduced. I connect APIs, workflows and source systems so identity, assets, services and controls can be reconciled rather than re-keyed. Automation should improve the operating model, not only close tickets faster.
05
Operational Platforms & Intelligence
Operational data becomes useful when it is connected into context. I treat platforms as an operating layer: to see patterns, give teams a shared picture, and support better decisions. Intelligence here means a governed view of how the estate actually runs.
Reconciliation matters more than declaring one source of truth.
